Saida IV Condominiums is a building in the Saida Resort complex at South Padre Island,TX. The grounds and surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped and maintained. We were impressed with the fact that just steps away from the condo there are 3 nice swimming pools (one being heated), 2 Jacuzzi pools, and 4 beautiful, smooth surfaced tennis courts.The entire complex is very family friendly. In addition, there is a 24 hr. gate guard house and the entire complex has a security fence around it, making us feel very safe. We liked this lovely property from the first time we saw it! It's a very short walk to the beach from our condo on the 3rd floor. There's a fantastic view of the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from our place. The city of South Padre Island has many activities for all age groups. We wanted to be a part of this wonderful vacation spot where there's deep sea and bay fishing, dolphin watch tours, and many other water activities. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants to choose from and nothing compares to the seafood of the Gulf of Mexico! Watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay are a special treat! There's always something to do here, no matter what time of the year. We hope you'll come choose to stay in our relaxing "Little piece of South Padre Island", down in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas!
IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.
Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.

The owners of Saida IV #302 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Pets ~ Dogs are welcome for $100/per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.
7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.
8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.
9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week.
Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting not allowed.
Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.
Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
